I hired Gil and his team to renovate my kitchen, family room, and bar area in my Mediterranean style home near Ft. Lauderdale beach. They did a fabulous job, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. It was a total renovation, including a complete restructure of the design with new floors, cabinets, countertops, and a stone wall unit for the fireplace and TV. At each stage of the process, they delivered the highest quality workmanship. Their team was skilled, efficient, and trustworthy. Project manager Brendan was always on site and available to troubleshoot any issues. Gil and his team stand by their work and provided continuous support both during and even after completing the job. I receive nothing but compliments from everyone who sees my new kitchen. Super pleased. After looking at about 8 different companies to remodel my kitchen and bar area which included removing walls, ceiling, trenching for new water pipes, electrical, new cabinets, new lighting, matching previous home marble floors for kitchen area. We decided to use Sanoma. They were not the cheapest but not the most expensive. You get what you pay for and we are super happy to have used them. The results are spectacular. We started the process with the owner Gil who provided much needed guidance in what was a very complex project. They have a great showroom in Davie, FL. We knew this construction project was going to be done correctly when we met with the project manager Branden, who explained every step of the construction schedule. He was always there in the morning to guide the workers as to the tasks that needed to be accomplished. At the end of the day he would stop by or Gil would stop by to make sure things had been completed and what trades needed to come in the next day. Had a question, contacted Branden, he always replied, or if around the area would just come in. Communication is key for me. From day one we saw the care they took to protect the rest of the house from the major construction that was underway. They cleaned up every day, removed debris every day. The workers all did their work professionally and very respectfully. The finishing work came out great, from floors, to the ceilings, to the new walls. They have great talent in that team. My wife and I are super happy with our new kitchen and bar area.

The workmanship was above normal and the personnel were polite and always had a smile on them. They listened to what you wanted and made modifications to see that you got what you wanted. Their price was the best we found, and I would have them do any modification that we ever needed.
